STEP 3 : Notice of Motion for Default Judgment and Affidavit in Support

We will then draft a Notice of Motion for Liquidated Claim and send it you as an attachment to an email. You will then print the document and have it sworn, where indicated, before a Justice of Peace. You would then have to return it to us by post for filing.

Your Responsibility:

We will let you know once Judgment is received from Court. You will then have to contact us regarding enforcement of the Judgment.
