David Alexander Brown was admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court Of New South Wales in 1973 and the High Court in 1976. He is a highly experienced solicitor, specialising in company, commercial and insolvency Law. He has directed the insolvency practice into the business reconstruction end of the market, and is highly respected in the industry for his innovation, ability to resolve difficult situations in everybody's interests and understanding of the realities of 'the market-place'.

Jeremy Noonan has a background in international affairs, having obtained a French legal diploma and a Master of International Affairs specialising in the Asia-Pacific region.
After spending two years studying law and business in France at the University de La Rochelle, Jeremy carried out a tourism research project in southern and central China for the Poitou Charentes regional government and taught French at Wuhan University for two years.
Returning to Australia in mid-2006, Jeremy gained experience as a legal clerk at Scone Legal and as an international recruitment consultant with Naiman Clarke legal recruitment. Jeremy joined Brown & Partners in August 2007
Natalie Medina joined Brown & Partners in February 2008.
Natalie is involved in assisting clients in bankruptcy and insolvency matters, including preparation of winding up proceedings. Natalie also drafts and negotiates commercial arrangements such as contracts of sale and leases.
Natalie's qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business (Economic and Finance)
Olga Edwards joined Brown & Partners in

Olga graduated from the University of Technology,
Sydney in 2008
with a Bachelor of Laws.
Since joining Brown & Partners, Olga
has worked in the areas of commercial law, litigation, insolvency, winding up,
wills and probate and conveyancing. She
has particular passion for civil and commercial litigation, and has experience
in the Local, District, Supreme and Federal Courts.
Olga is a dedicated solicitor with strong
work ethics, who always aims to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
